The setup: Barcelona Wine Bar opened at Sundy Village in January, putting a full-service Spanish tapas-and-wine room at 22 W Atlantic Ave.
Why it matters: Sundy Village has been pitched as more than another office-and-retail project; Barcelona is the first real dinner test of whether Atlantic and Swinton can pull evening foot traffic west.
